DESCRIPTION
Comfort and relaxation in the Ardennes
If any spirit has cast its spell on this lovely building, it can only be the spirit of family! The kind you find in spacious homes made for entertaining, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere… Set in 50 ares (half a hectare) of grounds, this magnificent farmhouse dating from 1850 has been carefully restored in a cosy country style, with all the comforts of modern living. Old waxed parquet floors sit harmoniously alongside aged beams and natural stone flagstones. Charm and authenticity guaranteed!
The stone façade overlooking the old farmyard opens through a wide glazed door onto a superb living space, centred on a double-sided open fire. Its imposing chimney rises to the first floor, where a mezzanine gallery overlooks the lounge and leads to the bedrooms. The spacious kitchen leads onto a terrace that opens out onto a sloping orchard and the surrounding countryside. A WC completes the ground floor.
Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms, a bathroom, 2 shower rooms and 3 WCs, plus a very large bedroom sleeping up to 6.
